How do I contact customer support?

You can reach us anytime at designs@cracked-egg.com or through our Contact Form. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.

Where are you located?

We’re based in the U.S., and all orders are fulfilled through our trusted U.S. production partners.

Do you offer custom designs?

Not at the moment, but we’re always open to ideas! If you have a design suggestion or a phrase you’d love to see on a shirt, email us at designs@cracked-egg.com.

Are your designs original?

Yes! Every design is created in-house by our team. You won’t find them anywhere else.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

When will my card be charged?

Your payment is processed at checkout so we can start creating your order right away. Since everything is made to order, production begins once payment clears.

Is my payment information secure?

100%. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify’s secure payment system. We never see or store your credit card details.

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

Orders can only be paid with one payment method. However, if you have a Cracked Egg Originals Gift Card, you can use it along with another payment method, if your gift card doesn’t cover the full total.

I got charged but didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, email us at designs@cracked-egg.com with your name and payment details so we can confirm your order.

Ordering

How are your products made?

Every item is made to order through our trusted fulfillment partners. All items are printed, packed, and shipped just for you.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Absolutely. You can check out as a guest, no account required. Creating one just makes it easier to track orders and reorder your favorites later, but it’s totally optional.

Why has my order been canceled?

Orders can be canceled automatically if the payment didn’t go through, an item went out of stock, or the shipping address couldn’t be verified. If your order was canceled and you didn’t request it, double-check that your payment method and address are correct, then reach out to us at designs@cracked-egg.com and we’ll help sort it out.

How do I cancel my order?

Because every item is made to order, cancellations are only possible before your order goes into production. If you need to cancel, email us right away at designs@cracked-egg.com with your order number and the word “Cancel” in the subject line. Once printing starts, we can’t make changes, but reach out anyway and we’ll see what we can do.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order enters production, it can’t be changed or canceled. If you spot an error, email us at designs@cracked-egg.com right away and we’ll do our best if it hasn’t started printing yet.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Because every product is made to order, we only replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted within 30 days of receiving your order. 

How do I return an item?

Because all our products are made to order, we only accept returns or replacements if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.

  1. Email us at designs@cracked-egg.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos showing the problem.
  3. We’ll review and guide you through the next steps.

Items sent back without first contacting us can’t be accepted.

What if I ordered the wrong size or color?

We can’t exchange items for size or color errors since everything is printed individually. Double-check our size guide before ordering.

My order arrived, but it’s not as I expected. What should I do?

We want you to love what you ordered. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted, email us within 30 days at designs@cracked-egg.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a few photos.We’ll review it and make things right if there was an error on our end.

If it’s simply not what you expected (like a size, color, or design preference), we can’t accept returns since each product is made to order, but we’d still love your feedback so we can improve future designs.

How long does it take to return an item?

Once we’ve approved your return and received the item back, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or replacement within 5–10 business days

If you haven’t heard from us after that timeframe, just reach out at designs@cracked-egg.com and we’ll check the status for you.

How will I know if my return is approved?

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll send you an email confirming whether your return or replacement has been approved. If it’s approved, we’ll include the next steps, like where to send your item or when your replacement will ship. We usually respond within 1–2 business days, so keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We keep rates as low as possible, and sometimes run free shipping promos. Keep an eye out for updates.

When will my order arrive?

Fulfillment usually takes 2–7 business days, then shipping adds:

  • U.S.: 3–8 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days
    You’ll get tracking as soon as your order ships.

What if my tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my order?

Packages sometimes get marked as delivered early. Check with neighbors, your mailbox, or local post office first. If you still can’t locate it after 48 hours, email us at designs@cracked-egg.com so we can help.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. based production partners to ensure quick delivery and consistent quality.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within the U.S. only. But hang tight; international shipping is on our radar for the future.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer digital Cracked Egg Originals Gift Cards — perfect for anyone who loves bold humor and comfy apparel. They’re delivered instantly by email and can be redeemed at checkout just like cash. Choose your amount, send it to someone special (or keep it for yourself — we won’t judge), and shop any product in the store.

Do gift cards expire?

Gift cards never expire and have no fees. Whether you use it next week or next year, it’ll still crack the same smiles.

Can I return a gift card or get a refund?

Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

What happens if my gift card doesn’t cover the full amount?

The gift card balance is applied first. Any remaining amount (including tax and shipping) will appear at the payment step, choose another payment method to finish the order.
